Summary
PC Sales Representative will be responsible for selling passenger vehicles, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers, ensure customer are satisfied, attract new customer, and maintain customer database, increase sales volume as per sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Being able to demonstrate vehicles USP and Features
- Participate on E-learning platform.
- Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including taking them for test drives.
- Reporting to the vehicle Sales Manager on activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Within the first 3 months 6 units, from 3rd to the 6th month 12 units, after 6th to 9th months 15 units average 5 units per month.
- Selling both Brand-New Car and Demonstration Cars.
- Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them and sales.
- Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.
- Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.
- Meeting customer upcountry face to face and holding sales discussions with them and sales.
- Competitors Analysis report and Market information and Market opportunities update
- Participate in company organized marketing events.
- Computer Knowledge, CRM database to be entered correctly in the system with full contact details and address.
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Following-up telephone inquiries, walk in prospects and emails inquiries.
- Arranging appointments with customer/potential Leads.
- Preparing car purchase packages.
- Cold calling up qualified sales prospects.
- Complete the full sales process and provide a complete file to the sales admin manager.
- Delivering vehicles to customers.
- Submitting weekly Report to sales & Marketing Director
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field
Requirements
- 2 Years of experience in sales and Marketing
- Fluent in English & Kiswahili both spoken and written
- Great customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
