Applications for the CQUPT-CSC Fully Funded Scholarship 2025 are currently being accepted by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) as part of the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) program. About The Award:
The CSC, managed by the China Scholarship Council under the Ministry of Education, aims to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between China and other nations. It provides financial support for talented international students and scholars to pursue higher education or conduct research at Chinese universities.

What Is The Benefit Of The Award?:
Full Scholarship: Includes tuition, university dormitory (twin room), comprehensive medical insurance, and a stipend:
Master’s students/general scholars: CNY 3,000 per month
Doctoral students/senior scholars: CNY 3,500 per month
Partial Scholarship:
Includes one or more items from the full scholarship package

How To Apply For The Chinese Government Fully Funded Postgraduate Scholarship For International Students Without IELTS 2025:
Type A Application: Apply through your local Chinese Embassy/Consulate or dispatching authorities. Obtain a pre-admission letter from CQUPT (if applying there) after embassy recommendation.
Type B Application: Apply directly through CQUPT, using the Agency Number 10617.
Application Process:
Complete the online application on the CSC Application System (use Agency Number 10617 for CQUPT).
Complete CQUPT’s online application at CQUPT International Student Service System, upload required documents, and submit.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
CSC Application Form, diploma and transcripts, research proposal, CV, study plan, recommendation letters, passport copy, non-criminal record, physical examination, and language proficiency certificate.
Optional: Pre-admission letter from CQUPT and other supporting documents if available.
